WE NEED TO GROW

We received a generous grant from the Lilly Endowment, Inc. earlier this year. We also learned that in order to receive more funding from any foundation we need to show growth. This includes your gifts, purchases of our books and resources and enrollment in our programs.

How will you support our Annual Appeal?

Programming

• Weaving Our Gifts
  • Our keynote speaker, Rev. Canon Stephanie Spellers will discuss the place of children in our changing church landscape and address the presence of racism in our churches and programs as our keynote speaker this October for our biannual conference of catechists.
• We are excited to offer both in-person and hybrid courses:
  • In-person, CGS Level 1 will be held at All Saints in Alexandria, Va and CGS Level 2 will be offered in Washington DC. Both start in September.
  • Online, Atrium Essentials, a hybrid 3-6 course also starts in September.
• Atrium Assistants Orientation
  • Online introduction to the spirituality of children and the Montessori approach. Assistants, parents and catechists are welcomed.
• Group Spiritual Companionship
  • Community to reflect on the spiritual journey of catechists. Monthly.
