Group Spiritual Companionship

Deepen your spiritual walk with monthly group spiritual companionship. Ponder and explore with others the questions, challenges, doubts, joys, and decisions of the mystery of your own life in Christ in and out of the atrium, to better embody the presence of Christ in your life, your home, your atrium, your world.

On a monthly basis, group members rotate sharing a story, decision to be made, quandary, or question from their lives. The prayerful, reflective, non-judgmental, and spacious co-listening skills of the atrium are used by group members to contemplatively listen and respond to the concern expressed by each month’s speaker. Real time shifts, clarity, and insights can come from the group process, for both the person sharing and the listeners/respondents.

Facilitator: Susan Piescik has been a CGS catechist in five parish settings and a formation leader throughout the Northeast for over 25 years. She is a graduate of the Spiritual Direction Internship through the Spiritual Life Center (West Hartford, CT), where she accompanies individuals on their spiritual journey one-on-one or in groups. She led intensive Spiritual Discernment Groups for catechists through the CCT in June 2021 and January 2022.

Second Wednesday of the month from 1:30pm-3:30pm Eastern Time on Zoom for nine months.

Group size is limited to 9.
