Courses Refund Policy
Formation and short course refunds are available up to 15 days before the first meeting of the course.
Conditions:
Full refund less a $50 administrative fee
A serious extenuating circumstance beyond that time but before the first meeting of the course, may result in us waving the date barrier.
Occasionally orders arrives and is not the way you expected. We would like to remedy that as soon as possible.
Returns? Exchanges? Exchanges or refunds of the merchandise purchase price will be offered. In order to receive a refund the product must be in reasonable condition with proof of purchase provided.
Damaged Item? If you receive damaged or incomplete goods we will be happy to send you a replacement. Please contact us within 30 days with how the product is damaged or what parts are missing and we will provide a replacement. Please do not return the item to us unless we ask you to send it back.
Wrong Item? Please email us immediately if you believe you have received the wrong item.
We are not responsible for products lost in shipment.
We are a small team so please allow 1-3 weeks for refunds and replacement products to be processed. We do not provide refunds for digital products.
